Minicraft 1/144 Boeing 777-200 Air France

So, I wanted the triple 7...
And I got 2. One to build as is, and other to cut and do the 777-300... One day...
The triple seven was a smart bet from Boeing. At one point, the 747 was big, but had 4 engines... Which were good for reliability... But time and technology allowed twinjets to be more reliable and cost effective... And they risked on a very large twinjet. Which was one of their biggest sucess. It was even enlarged to the 777-300, as long as the 747. Aded foldable wingtips, to improve its aerodynamic, without making it too large for airports... A trully remarkable airplane.

About the model kit, not bad... Minicraft standard: transparent cockpit in one piece, windows made as decals, fiting the wings a little tricky. The landing gear is well done, very nice.
Recessed lines, a little deep, but they don't make it look like a toy. They do look good. In fact, this model looks huge and good! Even if the proper fitting of the wings can need putty...
But Its nothing too bad. The rear is accurate, the signature mark of it
Engines are adequate.
There isn't much more to say... it is not a very easy model to do, because its big! Takes over a week, to do it well, and the conversion will take me a little longer than that... But it is a nice model, of a fine airplane...
